Stabbing Incident at 1708 Donahue Ferry Road, Pineville, Louisiana
Pineville, Louisiana – February 15, 2024 – At approximately 5:30 PM, a stabbing incident occurred at 1708 Donahue Ferry Road in Pineville, Louisiana, leaving one individual injured. The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, was assaulted by a male perpetrator identified as Maurice White, a 56-year-old resident of Pineville.
Maurice White is described as a black male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing 185 pounds.
Following the attack, the victim was transported to a nearby hospital by a family member for urgent medical treatment. We are relieved to report that the victim is currently in stable condition and receiving medical care.
We are actively searching for Maurice White to apprehend him in connection with the stabbing incident. An arrest warrant has been obtained for attempted second degree murder for Mr. White. The Pineville Police Department urges anyone with information regarding his whereabouts or the incident to contact them at 318-442-6603 and assist in our efforts to bring him to justice.
